Raling Studio's
Mission
Tashi Delek, my name is Tenzin Tsomo Gendun. Raling Studio was born from a dream I carried for many years, the dream of writing children’s books that celebrate the Tibetan language, culture, and identity. I always knew I wanted to create bilingual resources, but it wasn’t until I became a mother that I found the courage and motivation to finally bring this vision to life.
Reading with my son opened my eyes to how powerful stories and visuals can be in shaping a child’s sense of belonging. Watching him light up when he hears Tibetan words or points to familiar pictures gave me the push I needed to start creating. These books and learning materials are not just for my child—they’re for all families who want their children to stay connected to Tibetan language and culture, no matter where they are growing up.
At Raling Studio, you’ll find bilingual picture and numbers books, beautifully designed posters such as the Tibetan alphabet with English pronunciation, days of the week, weather, and more. Each resource is designed to be simple, engaging, and meaningful—helping children learn and connect with both languages in a joyful way.
This is only the beginning. I am working on many more stories and materials that reflect Tibetan heritage and values while embracing the experiences of children growing up in multicultural communities. My hope is that these books and posters not only teach language but also spark pride, curiosity, and love for who we are.
Raling Studio is my grateful heart shared with you—thank you for being part of this journey.
